Penuchi (or Penuche) is brown sugar based fudge. Our Penuchi Nut is made with fresh walnuts. This old fashioned favorite is rich and creamy, with a warm caramel/Praline-like flavor.

Do not refrigerate your fudge. Fudge is best kept in an airtight container or wrapped in paper on your kitchen counter. Fudge will last up to two weeks if you can keep from eating it all before then!
