This granular organic Maple Sugar is manufactured by heating pure maple syrup to a very high temperature, which removes some of the moisture from the maple syrup. At the appropriate temperature, the hot, concentrated maple syrup is poured into a granulation machine where it is tumbled and cooled, then sifted, packaged in elegant glass canning jars, and sealed. It is 100% pure maple, nothing added.
